Whether you're stepping into fitness for the first time or getting back into the routine after a break, Shareka is committed to educating and empowering individuals on their journey to better health. She currently hosts 4-week boot camps in Forney, TX, creating a supportive, judgment-free space for women to come together and work out without the pressure of a gym.
