  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards, and other secure online payment options. Payment must be made in full before the session.
  • What types of training do you offer?
    I offer one-on-one personal training, group sessions, and virtual coaching to fit your lifestyle and fitness goals. Whether you prefer in-person training or the flexibility of virtual workouts, there’s a plan for you!
  • Do you offer virtual training sessions?
    Yes! Virtual training allows you to work out from the comfort of your home while still receiving expert coaching, guidance, and motivation.
  • What if I have an injury or medical condition?
    Your safety is my priority! If you have an injury or medical condition, consult your doctor before starting a fitness program. I can also modify workouts to accommodate your needs.
  • How do I book a session?
    You can book a session directly through the website. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation and scheduling details.
  • Do my sessions expire?
    Yes, all sessions must be used within the designated time frame: Single Sessions & Packages – Must be used within 1 month of purchase. Membership Plans – Sessions must be used within the billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
    I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will result in a forfeited session. Please review the Cancellation & Refund Policy for more details.
  • Can I upgrade my plan later?
    Yes! If you want to upgrade from a basic package to a Silver, Gold, or Recurring Membership, reach out, and we’ll adjust your plan accordingly.
  • Can I switch between in-person and virtual sessions?
    Absolutely! We offer flexibility to accommodate your schedule. Just let us know in advance if you need to switch your session format.
  • Do you offer meal plans or nutrition advice?
    While I do not provide formal meal plans, I can offer general nutrition guidance to complement your fitness goals.
  • How do I cancel my recurring membership?
    You must provide at least a 7-day notice before your next billing cycle to cancel or pause your membership. All payments are non-refundable once billed.
  • What should I bring to an in-person session?
    Wear comfortable workout clothing, bring water, and if needed, a towel. If you have specific equipment preferences or injuries, let me know in advance so we can customize your workout.
